He was very friendly and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what he found, and he provided recommendations for follow-up services at our request. We really appreciated being able to quickly communicate with him for updates and to ask questions. We have a baby, and he made sure to make recommendations with the baby’s safety a priority. We got our results back really quickly and appreciated the thorough report. As much as I hope we don’t have to call Luke again, he’ll be the first one we do if we have another issue. read less
